I won’t get into the semantics over silly bans, silly rules and the fact that there are few things more asinine than the government getting involved and spending time and money on enforcing something so damned stupid…
But I think this one part of this article says it all:
Health officials found valid a complaint referring to smoke from the bar drifting out of a bar service window.
Good lord, no! Call the health department! Spend those tax dollars! Drifting smoke kills, don’t you know!!!
Thank God the government is here to protect us from such evils as drifting smoke from a window…
