Please take this time to write to the village council in the Village of Weston, Wisconsin, and tell them how much you appreciate them standing up for the rights of property owners. Apparently, the ban proponents have been giving them a pretty rough time for not passing the municipal smoking ban.

Figures that Smoke Free Wisconsin would hassle the Weston village council in a nasty way, after they wisely chose not to pass a local smoking ban.
Not to mention, it isn’t lost on me that the reason they attempted to get a ban passed there, was because it was the hometown of Sen. Russ Decker, who if I’m remembering correctly, is the Speaker of the Wisconsin Senate. (correct me if I’m wrong, Ryan and/or Joey)
